I verified the wrong account for the student discount. How do I fix it?

I verified the wrong account for the student discount. How do I fix it?

I was logged into my old account when I verified and it said if this was the wrong account just log into the right one and it will be fine but then it said my information was already used.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

 

In this case, I recommend contacting Customer Support; they can assist further and help you to transfer the student discount to the right Spotify account. Make sure to have all your payment info on hand, as it will be necessary for Customer Support to use for search and verification.
