I want premium straight away

I just paid for premium for students, unaware there was a 3 day wait to access the premium feature. How can I speed this up or if I get a normal premium account can I get a full refund when it switches to the student one? 
Side note step up your game spotify there's plenty of tools to verify your student status directly through the uni that takes minutes, why is there a need for a 3 day wait or even that there was no warning that there would be. Perhaps get on board with unidays and I'm sure more students would sign up too! (anyone know how we can send feedback to the company directly about this?)

We definitely understand where you're coming from, and we'll be sure to pass the feedback on this to the right team.

For now, you can sign up for regular Premium if you want Premium right away. You can then sign up for the discount before your subscription renews. This way, your subscription will renew with the discount.
