My Question or Issue:

I got confirmed in 11-2018 but since 1-2019 I got transcription to National Technical University of Athens I think because I was in another university it will cancel my subscription please help me.

As written in the Premium for Students help page you can renew every 12 months (up to 3 times), as long as you’re eligible.

Spotify will send a renewal notice when your 12 months are almost up.

This will allow you to verify your new student status for another year with your new University details.

Till then you cannot transfer or change the info as it is listed under the verification info you initialy used.
