It takes more money than normal

I have a student account. But this month it charged me as a normal account. Because I changed my payment method. Is it normal? What should I need to do? Can I get my money back?

I'll be happy to help. Can you provide me this info:

  • When did you last verify for Premium for Students, or when is the last time you registered?
  • Has the transaction gone through, or does it still show as pending or processing?
