Lost money while checking student id

Lost money while checking student id

Money has taken from my bank account.I talked my bank customer service and shr said "they've already taken money. Transfer is completed.and spotify got money."  dear spotify its been 40 days and iwant my money back

I'm not glad to hear that you are having trouble.

I guess that your problem is that you haven't gotten premium. May I ask you to confirm that the account you subscribed to and the one you are logging in to are the same? When you successfully upgrade to Spotify Premium, you receive a confirmation email. Please make sure, that when you are logging in to the account, you are using that username on the email. If its a ten digit number, use the log in with facebook tab.

I tried few days later and now ihave premium account. I mean I, paid twice
But first money didn't turn back.

The first time you probably didn't get accepted by SheerID, so the payment for rejected. I am pretty confident that one payment is still on pending. Give it a few days and you'll get your money back.
