Me cobran Spotify premium sin mi descuento de estudiante

Hola, yo me suscribí con el plan Universitario y me cobraron 49 pesos al mes, pero este mes me cobraron a mi tarjeta 99 pesos y no he cambiado mi plan. Como me van a reembolsar el dinero?

Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Keep in mind that the discount is active for 12 months at a time. However, if you're still eligible, you can renew the discount for another 12 months on your account. You can read more here.

 

To do so, you can head here. The discounted rate should kick in on your next billing date. 

 

However, if you'd like a refund, we'd recommend heading here to view our refund policy.

El mes pasado me cobraron 57 pesos de mi descuento de estudiante y este mes me cobraron 115 de una membresía normal

Hola! He inscrito mi cuenta de estudiante para renovar mi descuento por 12 meses dos veces, y me siguen cobrando el precio normal. Pueden reembolsarme mi dinero? He pagado el doble teniendo una cuenta de estudiante verificada.
