Me cobraron dos veces mi cuentas estudiante en un mes

El sabado 14 de noviembre me suscribí al plan de estudiantes agregué mi tarjeta y lo pagué. Hoy 15 de noviembre me llegó un correo de Spotify que me faltaba verificar que era estudiante lo hice y me envió un correo que decia verificación exitosa. Cuando fui a ver el saldo de mi tarjeta me había cobrado de nuevo.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out! I hope you don't mind me replying in English as it's the official language on the forum.

 

There could have been an issue with the system accepting your initial payment. Could you check if everything looks good on your account page? I'd also recommend you review your receipts and see if they match your recent payments.

Hola, acabo de tener dos cobros de mi plan estudiante, ya que verifico que en mi tarjeta hay dos pagos, como se podría solucionar para la devolución de uno, de igual manera se cambió a plan individual de 20soles y yo estoy con la promoción de estudiantes, requiero una pronta solución.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. Hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 

 

If you've updated your plan or payment method, it's possible that one of the charges you're seeing is an authorization charge made by your payment provider. In that case, the funds will return shortly.

 

Additionally, we suggest that you head to your Receipts page by clicking on the link @Yordan sent previously. There you'll be able to see all the successful payments on your account.

 

If you're sure there were two successful charges, make sure to check your next billing date since it's possible that you're covered for 2 months of service.

 

On another note, you can change back your subscription to Premium Student by following the steps here

 

Lastly, if you want a refund, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.
