Hello,

Can anyone tell me that how to report a issue regarding Spotify Stockholm Swe charging extra payment even on Student Premium Plan?

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

What's the issue exactly? If you got charged the full price despite having a student discount, then perhaps your discount has expired or wasn't renewed correctly. Check when your discount expires and if it already has, reach out to SheerID again to verify your status one more time. After applying that discount to your account via the link sent to you via email by SheerID, make sure to update the subscription to Student too.

 

If the issue is instead that you see additional charges on your payments, check the receipts page and see how much we've really charged you. If the amount is correct on the receipts but higher on your payment method, then the extra charges come from them or your bank and not Spotify. If that is the case, reach out to your payment provider for more information.
