I make a call if possible to the owners of Spotify so I CAN RETURN MY MONEY; At least the 10 euros I have been charged extra without my consent, and have my premium subscription with the 5 paid. Besides that I did not work the verification of the student, I was sent an email saying that I would try again; Of course, after trying twice (ensuring that until it was verified that I was a student I was not charged) to the third I skip a message that I have been charged 4.99 euros three times, Spotify. And the strongest, I still do not have the PREMIUM account.

Please, I need someone to help me with this problem and above all give me a solution to get my money back.

Hey @palogaln

 

No matter if student verification was successful or failed, a temporary charge goes through. These are only temporary charges on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you successful verified the student discount.

 

If you're having trouble signing up for the student discount, you can submit for manual verification (as a head's up, this can take up to 12 hours to process). For more info, check out Spotify Support and SheerID FAQs.
