My account has reverted to the free version after just 2 weeks from subscription

I am writing to report an issue with my Spotify Premium Student subscription. On September 22, 2024, I successfully charged my bundle and paid for the Spotify Premium Student plan. I also received a confirmation email from Spotify, confirming that my account had been upgraded to Premium, along with an additional offer of one free month of Premium.

The Premium subscription worked perfectly for the first two weeks. However, since October 10, 2024, I have noticed that my account has reverted to the free version, despite the fact that I have already paid for the service.

Could you kindly look into this issue and help me restore my Premium subscription? I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I'm sorry about this. My first suggestion is that you double check your login credentials to make sure you're not logging in another account.
