My bank account was debited but I didn't finished the registration.

Hello, I wanted to take an Spotify Premium Student account, I registered my credit card, but when I wanted to register my school, she wasn't on the list. So I canceled the registration. I made it 2 times to be sure that my school isn't on the list. The problem is that I was debited 2 times for a amount of 4€99 even if I didn't registered.

When you enter your payment details, the money is drafted and remains as pending for the discount to be validated.

If you didn't complete the student discount verification process, the money will automatically go back to your bank account after a few business days.
