My institution has been approved by sheer, but it's still not working

I've recived the following email:
"Good news! Your institution, Fondazione ITS Mobilità Sostenibile delle persone e delle merci was approved and has been added to our Student program"
Still my school it's not listed in the University / college name.

If your school doesn't appear on the list of approved institutions after it being evaluated by SheerID, it's best to reach out to their support team through - here. They'll be able to give you more information on the matter.

Most likely you'd need to wait a couple of days for their list to be updated with your school, but it's best to check with them for more accurate info.
