Aparece um erro desconhecido ao fazer cadastro universitário mesmo minha universidade estando cadastrado e mesmo ka tendo tentado outros navegadores.

If you're getting an error message when trying to sign up for Premium Student, we'd recommend checking out this guide with the most common error messages. If the message appears on SheerID's website, it's best to reach out to their support team as they're the ones who handle the verification process.
