I am very upset bc I have been using Spotify student for the past year, went on to renew my account today, but now it says I’m out back to just the normal premium plan. As I’m trying to renew it & putting in my school & card information, they are saying something is going wrong. I don’t know how this can’t be verified, when I am still a student at the school. I don’t want to have to pay the 9.99 & not have access to my Hulu when all these other students can & I have been using Spotify consistently this past year.

I'm not sure specifically what kind of error it's having when it tells you that something's going wrong. Since this is a problem with subscribing and your personal info, you might want to reach out the Spotify Support.
