In late August I signed up for student premium. I had been waiting for a week, and received no letter of confirmation. I sent another email to sheerid customer service, asking if anything was wrong. I got no answer. Now, when I try to sign up for student premium, it says I have already redeemed the offer. And I have clearly not done that.

Hey @sprat_in_a_tin, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Since SheerID handles verification, it's best to get in touch with them. You stated that you have gotten in touch with them with no response. How long ago did you contact them? Did you contact them through this form

I contacted them three weeks ago. No, I didn't use this form, I sent an email.

Thank you for giving me a hint on the form. I have just filled it.

I will keep you informed on the case.
