No longer a student trying to update billing information

Hello, I am no longer a student and I am attempting to update billing information. Everytime I try it says I need to verify that I am a student. Because I am no longer a student I can not do that. I got an email that says I will lose Spotify premium if I don't update it within 5 days. Please help

What you need to do is go here and cancel your student subscription, and then resubscribe for the normal premium.
