My Question or Issue


Hi,

I recently moved from India to US for my studies. I had a student premium in India and continued to use it in the US. Recently, I received a mail stating that I need to update my country and payment details to the region I am using the service from. When I go to do that I am not able to get the student discount. It first shows me premium individual when I go on change plans and select premium student it just says this - 

Your discount is still applied
You're verified as a student until:

12/25/2024

You can renew your discount then if you're still a student, up to a maximum of 4 years.

Remember, if you don't verify that you're a student at the end of your discount period, you'll lose your discount. If you're a Premium for Students subscriber, you'll be charged the normal Spotify Premium price until you cancel.

Can someone please help me out with this?

Please try updating the payment details by following the steps outlined here.

 

Since you’ve moved, make sure to scroll to the bottom of the payment page and select Change country to ensure everything is being updated correctly.
