Not able to verify for student discount

Hi, today I tried to try a 3-month free subscription for student and when I tried to verify, it said they couldn't confirm if I am a student or not. So I tried using SheerID to verify myself but this time SheerID I could not find the USA in the country section or any USA universities. I am completely lost and don't know how to verify myself.

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

Make sure you try again in a private/incognito window since this will let you avoid issues with the browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try a different browser as well.
