My Question or Issue

My issue is that after a long process of verifying my enrollment status as a student, when I try to make the Hulu and Spotify bundle I am on a nonstop loop of reverifying my college. Even though it’s been verified. How do I get around this and complete the bundle process? Thanks in advanced.

In case you still experience this, try again in a private/incognito window to avoid issues with the browser's cache. If that doesn't help, try a different browser as well.

If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of how this looks on your end. You can attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue. Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
