Not allowing to join Premium for Students

So I've tried to join Premium for Students because I'm about to go back to university for the year and wanted to upgrade. However, when I put in my card details and attempt to proceed with the payment, it says:

I understand that I had taken the trial a year ago and cancelled after a few weeks, however I want to pay and join and am not interested in the trial. But even when I click the link suggested it displays the same message and will not allow me to join premium for students. Any help?

We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE.
