Over charged

Hello, in 2023 I signed up for student Premium and it was going fine. All of a sudden Spotify changed my plan to Premium regular and start charging me $12 instead of $5. I don't know what happened but I really want my money back. Then I re-signed up for student and it charged me twice. For student and regular.

As the Student subscription needs to be renewed every 12 months, my take on this is that yours had reverted to Individual, after which you've signed up for Student once more. In case you don't have a secondary account (your playlists have looked the same on both Individual and Student), it's best to take this matter to our support folks, who can take a look backstage and help you out with the account issue 🙂
