Page not exist Student Premium.

Hello everyone,

For some reason I can’t take Student Premium in Austria, saying that “this page no longer exists. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find the page”. I tried change the browser, device, internet connection and also used private page in browser. What should I do? Or it’s something with the Spotify-service?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

We've checked and Student page is working as expected on our end. 

We'd recommend that you clear your browser's saved cache and data and try opening the page again. It'd also be a good idea to check if the country on your account is Austria as this might also be the reason why you're not able to open the page. 

On another note, it's worth mentioning that the issues like this one can be caused by VPN or private tunnel, since those re-route network traffic. With that being said - make sure to turn off your VPN (if you're using one).

Asunto: Problemas con la verificación de estudiante para Spotify Premium Mensaje: Hola, Soy estudiante de la Universidad Nacional de El Salvador (UES) y estoy intentando registrarme para el plan de Spotify Premium para Estudiantes. Sin embargo, al acceder a la página de verificación de SheerID, me aparece un mensaje indicando que "la página no existe" y no puedo completar el proceso. He intentado lo siguiente: Acceder desde distintos navegadores y dispositivos. Limpiar la caché y cookies de mi navegador. Usar el enlace proporcionado en la página oficial de Spotify para estudiantes. Agradecería si pueden ayudarme a resolver este problema o confirmar si mi universidad está registrada en su sistema.
