Pague el plan estudiantes y no obtuve nada

Hola, resulta que me suscribi al plan spotify premium para estudiantes, y ya me llego el mensaje de texto de la confirmacion del pago, y ahora no me sale para subir el archivo debido a que no lo tenia a la mano y ahora no me sale para subir el documento aun asi ya se realizo el pago, y en la cuenta sigue apareciendo spotify free y no aparece el registro del pago en los recibos, ya cerrela cuenta varias veces y sigue igual, espero pronta respuesta a esto y solucion. o devuelvan el dinero, no pense que spotify actuara de esta manera

If you didn't upload your student documents for the discount, you shouldn't have been charged. The funds you see pending should get back to you soon.

Until then, try following the steps listed in the email you received for the student verification. If you have any trouble, you can try doing the process using an incognito window to see if it helps.
