Paid twice for Student's discount

I have a complaint to make regarding about our payment issue. We've paid twice for the same account for Student discount. Is it possible if we could have our refund?

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, the funds are put on hold waiting for the authorization to complete the purchase.

One of these payments could be just a pending transaction. This means that the money will go back to your bank account automatically.

We suggest contacting your bank for more information about these transactions.
