Paid twice for spotify premium for students yet I dont even have premium

In the first one, I tried to avail the spotify premium for students. I was able to reach the sheerid process, but the browser seemed to have stopped working. So I pressed the back button and hoping that it would still be there, but it wasnt. So I tried to avail the same thing again, but I wasnt verfied because I used my ID last year. I expected to get a refund but it wasnt. Please help me get my refund back 🙂

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money will actually been taken because Spotify has not verified your student status.
