Payed for student premium but I can't still use it

Hi, 

i payed for student premium today and I saw that thr money from my bank has been transferred but my account still says Spotify free and not premium, I can't use premium yet. Does it take a while until I can start using it ?

Hey again @Balla13,

have you ever received an email from SheerID confirming your eligibility?

If so, please follow the steps on the email sent and add your payment info again.

You should check these payment requirements first.

If you didn't receive an email, it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be verified.

You should also check out this support article when you get in trouble with your student account again 🙂

Hey @Balla13,

when you didn't recieve your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

i just checked again and you are right, it as pending. So what shall I do?
