Paying for student premium

When I go to pay for student premium, and put in my information (visa, prepaid debit gift card) which says it's accepted as a payment, it says the payment didn't go through, and to try another payment option. The card is active and has money on it, and I don't have another method of payment, how do I fix this?

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
