Payment Issue

I tried to pay for premium membership for students, my card was charged, but when I came back to the payment page it said there was an error, but my bank account was charged. Will I get a refund?

There is no proper way to get support also. This is not good with Spotify.

Can I ask you first to make sure your Premium subscription is not working?

You can check the status of your current subscription on your account page under Your plan
