Payment failed for student discount

Payment failed for student discount

Hello everyone, I want to ask you my problem here. I have already pay for student premium via Hutchison 3. However, yesterday i got email from Spotify that my payment is failed, and I always got reminder that i must change my payment method. But in fact, i can still use the premium feature like download and no ads. But i always got reminder about that payment.  How to fix it guys. Sorry for my english, Thanks

No worries. Please try updating your payment method here (you can just re enter your current payment method) and see if that removes it. 

 

If you're still having issues - then please try logging out > restart the device > log back in.
