Payment problem

Payment problem

I was normal premium.I changed to student premuim this week and spotify took twice money on my bank account. One for normal and one for spotify student at the same time. What should i do?

Hey @justdance99,

 

Sorry to hear about this. You might've upgraded another account to Premium. We suggest that you go through the steps here for more help, and here for steps for finding other accounts.

 

If you can find another account which you upgraded, we suggest you cancel the subscription on the one without the Student Discount, and transfer your playlists with this workaround.
