My Question or Issue

bueno chicos pasa que cobre mi plan estudiante  me lo aprobaron pero no active el premium en el momento si no que al otro día y me sale en la próxima facturación el precio del mes normal sin el descuento universitario, así que no se que hacer cada vez que aprieto el link me dice que ya fue utilizado...

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following the suggestions on this support page. You could've added the discount to a different account by mistake.

If you only have one account, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to add the discount from scratch here.
