Plano universitário pro plano premium erroneamente

Plano universitário pro plano premium erroneamente

Em dezembro de 2021 assinei o plano universitário, mas no mês de setembro o meu plano foi alterado para o plano Premium normal, sem a minha autorização. Pago todo mês R$9,90 e paguei R$19,90 sem setembro e outubro. Fiz o envio da documentação válida por 1 ano, ou seja, apenas em dezembro eu teria que fazer uma nova renovação dos documentos e me dei de cara com essa cobrança indevida

Como fazer para voltar ao meu plano Spotify Premium para Universitário e meu dinheiro ser ressarcido? Pois entendo ser uma falha do próprio sistema do Spotify

We've gone ahead and edited your post, since it contained personal info about your payments. Keep in mind this is a public space, so, to maintain your personal data secure, we've deleted the screenshot you kindly sent us.
 

That being said, keep in mind the student discount is valid for one year, as you mentioned above. It seems your discount has expired and that is why you started to be charged for Premium Individual. Once a student discount runs out, you go back to paying the standard monthly price as stated in the terms and conditions of the discount. 

 

We send you an email to let you know when your discount is about to end, so we encourage you to check your junk/spam folder or that you don't have our emails blocked. If you are still eligible for the discount, you can request to extend it for another year here. If the verification is successful, you'll receive an email with the steps to follow to apply the discount to your account. Once the steps are completed, the discount will be reapplied to your account as of your next billing date.
