Premium Student Account

I have had Spotify premium student for a couple years now. I got an email a week ago saying it would increase from 4.99 to 5.99. The email says it will just increase $1 by the next billing month. However, I see on my account that my plan has changed to premium with Hulu, and my price is now 9.99. I made no changes to this and I’m already verified as a student on SheerID. 
I went into the website and tried to change to premium student (which I should have been subscribed to), but it says there are no available plans to choose from.

If you've not done any changes to your subscription, your account may be compromised. In this case we'd advise you to contact our customer support team through one of those channels. They'll help you secure the account and revert any changes.
