Premium Subscription Lost

Premium Subscription Lost

While listening yesterday, my phone died. When it turned back on and I opened Spotify, I was asked to log in. Being that it is a student subscription, I logged in with my college email and password, but all of my playlists were gone, and it says I am on the free plan. I have checked all of my email addresses and searched through old emails, but haven't found a premium subscription confirmation email.  I have attempted to log in with all of the emails I have and none of them have had my premium subscription.  I have had the Spotify student subscription for about a year, but I do not believe the full 12 months have passed because my credit card was charged yesterday for a new month.  Any ideas as to why I would have been charged yesterday, and now the premium is gone?  Thanks.

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/.
