Premium for Student Discount

Premium for Student Discount

I got the Premium for student discount using my phone, I got the "Confirm your account" email, and did eveyrthing it told me to do, but when I went back on the app it still says subscription free. 

I thought my phone might've messed up so I tried again this time on my laptop, and I'm not sure if it worked, but I had unlimted skips. I went back to my phone and it still said subcription free.

I decided to try again on my phone now that my laptop was working, and this time, it said "unable to veriy student satus", so it didnt work but it still took money off my account.

My bank account says that I've paid 3 times, but they all say "pending"

Would I get a refund for the times that it didnt work?

Hey @amanetakeda, welcome to the community!

 

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, the money is drafted and remains as pending for the discount to be validated.

Only one payment should go therough, the remaining two should stay as pending, and will go back to your bank account soon.

If you're unable to use the Premium benefits on your phone, make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You could be logging into the wrong account.

 

You can also try reinstalling the Spotify app on your phone to see if it helps.
