Premium for Students

About a month ago after I attended my university's orientation, I tried to change my premuim subscription to the student one but the college info page kept saying I couldn't be verified. Since I couldn't get the subscription to change, I thought to just let my subscription end and then I'll renew it a month later with the student discount. Today I tried to do that but I keep getting the same message I got the first time. I also tried to do the manual student subscription but I don't have a way to print out any registration information from my college since I have just been enrolled. I have been charged twice in my account but from what I've read from other reviews, the charge should be cancelled out. I'm an avid Spotify user so I hope this can be fixed!
