Premium for a teenager

Hi, I'm a student in Turkey; going to a middle school. Can i use the adventages of Premium for Students?  At: home --> help, it says i need to go a university.

Btw, im 8th grade.

Hi! I had the same question but its a bit different. I'm at high school at 10th, it is a higher educational level.
