No puedo inscribirme al plan premium de estudiantes, dice que se eliminó y no me aparece la opción.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the official language of the forum. 

We can confirm that the Student plan isn't available in Costa Rica at the moment, this is why you can't find it in the subscriptions available. 

We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us, and will make sure to pass the feedback on to the relevant teams. 

Hope this sheds some light on the matter. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.
