Premium not working

Premium not working

Hi! I’ve just got the student premium today but it’s still saying I’ve got the free one! I’ve used my email, Id no in receipt to log in but it still comes up free

Hey @LisaLowe97, welcome to the Community!

 

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that it's just a pending charge. There's more info about this here.

 

Keep in mind that we use the good folks at SheerID to verify your student credentials. The verification can take a few days. If you’re having trouble signing up, you can submit for manual verification here. As a heads up, this can take up to 12 hours to process.
