  • None of the below information is required. However, the more you provide tI'm using it well. But the premium window suddenly popped up and there's no way out I can't go back and there's no X mark to erase the premium. I want to go out on this show. Is there any way? Do I have to erase it and download it again?he easier it will be for us to try and help.

If you're getting a pop-up message on your app that cannot be closed, it could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

If the issue you're having is different, include in your next response more details about it, along with a screenshot of the message you're getting to help you further.
