Premium stopped even though I'm still studying

I upgraded to premuim for sutdents last year and have been getting charged for full price premium since May 2020, and now I can't go back to student premium as it has already been used.

I upgraded to premuim for sutdents last year and have been getting charged for full price premium since May 2020, and now I can't go back to student premium as it has already been used. I want to go back to premium for students and perhaps get reimbursed for the 5 months I have unknowingly been paying full price.
