Premium student: second year

Premium student: second year

Hello !

I'm a French med student. Last year, I signed up for the premium account for 4.99€ per month. This month, I noticed I was charged twice the price for a regular account. Problem is, I'm still a student, and I never got the email where you're support to confirm you're still a student. I do want to go on with my premium student account, but also want a refund for the past month. How do I do that ? Do I have to resign my first account et get another one ?

No you dont need to close your account and start fresh. I would double check to make sure you arent signed up for regular premium but for Student Premium. To find that you would need to go to your account info and then subscription. If you are paying for your student premium and you got charged for regular premium the best way is to contact Spotify. You can find that in this link
