premium for students

I am a current college student, and i am trying to get the $5 premium deal. However, it says my college is not valid, even though I've sent in three types of documentation. I am confused because I have friends at my college who have been approved for the deal, but it's not accepting me.

In this case, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window or a different browser to see if it makes a difference.
