My Question or Issue

Hi,

When I go to re-verify my student status for the 'Student Premium' subscription it asks me to make a new payment of £4.99. However, I've just paid the £9.99 subscription for the month for the 'Premium' subsciption. Can you advise what to do in this situation? Will I get the £9.99 back for this month?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you have verified your student status on the account you have had the expired Student subscription and have already made a payment for a normal Premium Individual subscription, there should be no extra payment for the Student subscription. The Payment for the Student subscription will take place on the next billing date, after you've successfully verified your student status and updated the payment method for the Student subscription. 

 

The step of updating the payment method may look like a new payment is about to be made, but that's not the case, the payment will take place on the next billing date, visible on your account page.
