Problem: Subscription is not verified. $4.99 deducted on my bank account.

I have a problem with my account. I was trying to subscribe Student bundle (Spotify + Hulu) this afternoon using my phone. When I finished putting my bank account information... waited for 10 minutes to verify my account but the screen doesn't load. I try to refresh the web browser I was using but doesn't do anything. I thought my subscription was failed. Then,  I just found out this evening that Spotify Premium deducted me $4.99 on my bank account. I tried calling Hulu and they said I need to contact Spotify. Hoping for your quick response about my issue. Thank you.

I read a lot of cases like mine here in spotify.   My subscription was unsuccessful. I haven’t even attached a transcript yet but they charged me $4.99. Some students were just changing there payment info and suddenly can’t access to spotify or hulu. I hope our situation will be solve soon. They charged me and can’t even use the subscription.
