Dear Spoty, 

I joined the account Student Discout. I have correctly submitted the data to check my status as a student but I did not receive any confirmation emails for viewing. I know it takes a couple of days, but is it possible that you take out credit without sending a payment receipt and are you processing an answer?

Can I know if you have seen my request and is it in progress?
how long will it take?
It's been a week already.

Please fine the attachemnt with the document of my state of student
