Problem with Student's account acceptation

Hello, thanks to you for reading and spend time on my asking. Sorry for my english, i'm a french's student. When i subscribed on May 2017 to prenium's account, i did the path with SheerId to prove my student's statue but there wasno way out of them and i have been paying 9.99€ since 7months. Today i retry with sheerId, normally it is done.. so i would like to know if it is possible to be refunded about the last 7 months.. I still have proof that i was student...
