My Question or Issue

 Spotify couldn't accept my payment method so I followed the procedure till the last step of cancelling my premium plan for students. Now I try to have it again and it does not allow it, it says that I've already used it. BUT I cancelled it cause it wasn't accepting my payment method as you were instructing...

About your problem, I suggest that you take a look on this following article:

On the article above, select the option ''Why can't I verify my student status?''

Probably you'll not eligible for the student discount anymore before 12 months period, but if you want, contact Spotify official team here and they'll find the best solution for you.

Hey there @user-removed,

thanks for posting in the community !

 

It's possible to cancel Premium but the discount will still be applied to the account. You can simply resubscribe and the discount remains as it is.

As long as the discount is still valid which isn't they issue here as you're getting a messege that the account is authorized.
