Problema con plan universitario

Espero alguien pueda ayudarme aplique el descuento para universitarios y me llego ya el correo de confirmacion de pago y de SheerID pero no funciona mi cuenta sigue siendo free ya cerre y volvi a iniciar sesion pero no cambia a Premium ayuda a por favor Saludos

Did you use the link in the email that SheerID sent you to sign up for the discount? If not, go into the email and click the link they sent to complete the process and make the payment for the discount.
