My Question or Issue

Tinha a assinatura para Estudantes, recebi um email dia 17 de junho dizendo que deveria renovar meu plano por meio da documentação, fiz conforme o site pedia. Porém hoje dia 18 de julho fui cobrado em 16,90. Continuo sendo estudante, enviei um documento válido, porém quando vou acessar o desconto para estudantes aparece a seguinte mensagem: Você já aproveitou esta oferta.

Gostaria de voltar a ter meu desconto.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English, since it's the Community's official language.

 

It sounds like you've already applied the discount on a Spotify account. It’s best to try logging out and back in with any other email addresses you have to find it. Here are some other ways to find accounts too

 

Once you've located the account with the student discount, you can apply for Premium for Students here.
